You made it! It took a lot of restraint to not use a Rebecca Black “It’s Friday” gif.
Welcome to another installment of Friday Five! I’ll cut the chit chat and get to the good stuff.
To get started my #1 favorite thing this week is Classpass. If you know what Classpass is you can just skip to #2 but for those of you that don’t, stick around. This week while talking to a friend about fun workout classes, she had never heard of Classpass, and it made me realize that maybe a lot of people don’t know what the app is! I am here to enlighten you all. Classpass is an app that give you access to cool workout classes in your area at a flat-rate monthly subscription. It’s in most large cities. Since I travel so much for work this app is vital to getting my body moving.
Because I adore y’all here’s a link to get $40 worth of credits with Classpass.

#2 is food related. It chicken kebobs. I’m serious. I went to Costco this weekend to pick up some things in bulk, as people do when they go to Costco; and I stumbled upon these Mediterranean chicken kebobs in the cooked foods section. They are easily the best chicken kebobs I’ve ever had. Just pop them in the microwave for a minute and they’re good to go. I’ve loved eating them with brussels sprouts and even on their own as a snack. For all my fellow Weight Watcher brothers and sisters out there, the kebobs are super smart point friendly! 2 kebobs for 1 point.

#3 is L Products. They have a line of personal care products such as pads, tampons and etc. All of their products are Award-winning organic products without the pesticides, chlorine, fragrances or dyes. So you can feel good about using their products. I purchased everything and I mean everything they have at my local Target.

#4 – I have been trying to limit my coffee intake significantly, so I have switched to tea. I purchased this iced tea or cold brew maker via Amazon and it’s made me fall in love with iced tea all over again.

#5 is my favorite book at the moment. It’s called “Get Your Sh*t Together” by Sarah Knight. It’s a fun read if you’re into self-help books.

Until next time! Let me know what are some of your favorite things this week!
