I am so excited to introduce The Meraki Exchange Self Care Shop!
This shop is dedicated to all things self care. During these unprecedented times I realized that self care and mental health is more important than ever. I created this shop to share some of my favorite ways to take care of myself. My goal is to help eliminate that pang of guilt we tend to feel when we spend a little extra time on ourselves. Self Care is key if we want to function as our best selves and support those that depend us.
I hope this shop brings you a little sliver of peace.
